About Me
Originally from Alabama, I moved to Colorado to work in the ski resort industry. It was a huge shift, in climate, culture, and creativity. Moving to Colorado sparked something in me: a desire to pursue art seriously and to build a life fueled entirely by my own creations.
Art is born from constraint, and living in a small rural town gave me exactly that. I’ve always been a creative, never excelling in math or language, but instead working with my hands to bring the visions in my mind to life.
I was the girl drawing in the back of the class. The one who couldn’t stay awake. The one who had to be moved because she wouldn’t stop talking. I’ve always been this way.. imaginative, restless, a little outrageous.
Only now, I’ve learned how to channel that outrageness into something powerful.
Into something that’s mine.
